I've been working as a facilitator and evaluator for over 20 years, in a wide range of contexts, including horticulture, sustainability and financial literacy. Duncan Rintoul and I run Rooftop Social, which provides consulting services in evaluation, social research, facilitation and capacity building. We work across lots of different sectors including education, the environment, human services, health and justice. I also work at Financial Counselling Australia, as their Director of Research and Evaluation. Before I joined Rooftop Social, I was the evaluation lead at Sustainability Victoria. I am passionate about using creative techniques to engage people with technical content and with each other. I also regularly deliver training courses for the AES, on commissioning evaluations, facilitation and evaluation capacity building.
