Dr Tracy McDiarmid completed her PhD at the University of Western Australia before working in the fields of Australian social policy, governance, disaster risk reduction, and gender. Tracy has experience in international development with a variety of International Non-Government Organisations both in Australia and the Asia Pacific Region. Her current role with the International Women’s Development Agency has a focus on providing technical support for quality programming, including monitoring, evaluation and learning, capacity building, and policy development. Programming focus areas include women’s participation and leadership, economic development, safety and security, and structural change.
