Timoci has over ten years of experience in conducting research and evaluation projects in the public health, education, international development and community sectors. He holds a Masters of Public Health and is currently doing his Phd exploring the nature of feedback in community-based health interventions utilising mobile technologies and describing its influence on program outcomes. He teaches an undergraduate breadth subject, Relating Health & Learning and a number of postgraduate evaluation subjects including; Developing Evaluation Capacity, Qualitative Methods & Mixed Methods . Timoci has a strong interest in evaluation capacity building, technologies employed in evaluations, monitoring and feedback, and evaluation approaches that are inclusive of community. He is Ikiribati/ Fijian.
