Hello! I am a Pakeha (European) New Zealander, currently working in both Australia and New Zealand. Evaluation, and contributing to better outcomes for people and communities through evaluation, is my passion. Along with colleagues, I work with both government agencies and NGO providers, and have worked on projects in the following sectors - public health, injury prevention, social services, community development, youth development and housing. My recent foci has been working with a team to co-design an evaluation of the Indigenous Australians' Health Programme, building NGO evaluative and outcomes capability in New Zealand, and developing, measuring and reporting on ‘hard-to-measure’ health and well-being outcomes. I was the writer of Aotearoa New Zealand's evaluator competencies and the evaluation standards, and managed ANZEA’s (Aotearoa New Zealand Evaluation Association) national conferences in 2015 and 2016.
