Originally from the northwest coast of Canada, Margaret migrated with her family to Australia in 2007. She is currently based at the Centre for Research and Action in Public Health, Health Research Institute, University of Canberra. Her expertise is in the implementation evaluation of ecological public health programs and use of issue identification and prioritisation methods to inform program and strategic planning. She has been working in partnership with Indigenous communities and organisations to address the disparities in Indigenous health since 1999.
