Les oversees the evaluation practice within ACIL Allen. He has over thirty yerars experience in advising public and private sector organisations, with a focus on strategy and policyh development, program evaluation and review, and organisational performance improvement. Les has worked across most sectors but with a particular emphasis in education, health, justice and Indigenous affairs.
