Since joining SuperFriend in 2010, Kelly has gained a wealth of subject matter expertise in workplace mental health promotion. With qualifications in psychology and psychophysiology over 15 years experience in health research project management across corporate, public and not for profit sectors, Kelly is passionate about how knowledge translation can play a part in improving the quality of others lives. She has managed a multitude of complex projects in the pharmaceutical sector as well as for the Transport Accident Commission and WorkSafe Victoria Shared Health Services, including those funded by Victorian Neurotrauma Initiative and the Victorian Trauma Foundation.
As part of the Insights & Impact team, Kelly is responsible for the development and maintenance of effective systems for monitoring, evaluating and reporting the impact of SuperFriend programs and initiatives. Kelly works collaboratively within SuperFriend across the evaluation life cycle from beginning to end; design, data capture, analysis, interpretation, reporting, continual improvement, quality assurance and knowledge translation to maximise the benefit of SuperFriend’s offerings for end users.
