I've been a practising evaluator since Missy Elliot released 'Work it' which a) reveals a bit too much about my age, but b) gives you a sense of how much I'm into this stuff. I've recently returned to an evaluation role in the Victorian public sector after working in a private sector evaluation consultancy for ten years. I'm passionate about making evaluation as pragmatic as possible. I also love evaluation theory but rarely read or talk about it as much as I'd like.
