Programs Coordinator, Myanmar
Melbourne, Myanmar
I have worked with the International Women's Development Agency for three years, working in collaboration with IWDA's five Myanmar partner organisations to ensure the successful implementation of their programming on women's political participation, and women's safety and security. In this role, I also support a multi-year, multi-partner and multi-country research project on Women’s Pathways to Leadership applying a feminist, participatory methodology. Throughout my previous research work, I have been particularly interested in exploring the use of feminist research and evaluation methodologies to the analysis of the impacts of violent conflict and the design of post-conflict development programing. I hold a bachelor in International Relations and have completed post-graduate studies in Conflict Resolution and Peace-building.
