Ruth has several years’ experience in research project evaluation. Ruth has project managed several large-scale evaluations across states and internationally. Her skills and expertise include:

communicating and collaborating with stakeholders; project planning; the construction of measurement instruments and program logics; data collection and analysis; and research dissemination through reports and seminars. Ruth has submitted her PhD on 'Creating Measures for Social Change in Public Health'. She also has a strong interest in interdisciplinary research with diverse cultural groups, particularly understanding how to improve interventions targeted towards improving social outcomes for indigenous populations in Australia and New Zealand. Her primary areas of interest and expertise include: the development of data collection instruments; outcome mapping and standards setting; impact evaluation; health service research and social science research.
