After a long career in delivering, developing and leading community services, I am now specialising in developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems for community services organisations. I consult/work part time for three Brisbane CSO's and do other short term project work. My passion is for supporting CSO's to be able to efficiently measure outcomes in order to improve program delivery, access sustainable funding and advocate for the support needs of vulnerable and marginalised clients.
