Rhianon Vichta became an evaluator after spending more than 20 years delivering, designing, managing and working to improve social programs both in Australia and overseas. Throughout her career journey from crisis counsellor to CEO, she continued to seek answers to the fundamental question “How do we know we are making a real difference?”. Now she works within the community sector supporting organisations, programs and individuals to engage with their passion for reflective practice and to gather evidence that will help shape better services for people who are vulnerable and disadvantaged. Rhianon specializes in working with community organisations and projects to build evaluation capacity and develop pragmatic evaluation approaches that result in useful evaluation outcomes.
