Kitty te Riele
University of Tasmania Professor
Hobart
My research aims to enhance opportunities to access, participate and succeed in education, especially for young people from disadvantaged and under-represented communities. This includes evaluation research of initiatives that share that aim. I lead the research portfolio at the Peter Underwood Centre, which is a partnership between the University of Tasmania and the Tasmanian Government in association with the Office of the Governor of Tasmania. For this conference, my specific interests include participatory methods with young people, and ethical challenges in research & evaluation.
