Senior Manager - Victorian Government Account Lead

I love it when work feels like joy. It flows when I know I’m doing good work, when I’m discussing ideas with great people, when I’m doing work with social purpose, and I get lost in time.

In my work at Grosvenor, I lead our Melbourne team to meet client expectations, build their capability and maintain a fun and high-performing culture. I liaise with executives who can’t define their problem, or who know what their problem is and don’t know how to solve it, or know the above and don’t have the resources to make it happen. I specialise in our program evaluation and organisational review practices.

Outside of work, I am passionate about helping young people reach their full potential, helping people to overcome disadvantage, and mental health issues. Like many others, I’ve received support to get to where I am, and I believe the world is better when you pay it forward. I abhor discrimination in any form and I try to be the change I want to see in the world.

I volunteer with the Doxa Youth Foundation, with IPAA Victoria and with Writers Victoria. I spent eight years learning Japanese and love the beauty of the language and culture. In my spare time I read voraciously.

Across all of these spheres, I work best when I understand people’s motivations and can harness their passion to help them get to where they’re going. I love to connect on a meaningful level with good people, and to connect them with others to contribute to the benefit of all.

Reach out if you want to continue the conversation.
