I'm in the final stages of completing my PhD research at the School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Monash University. Over the last three years I've been working to identify and understand the factors that influence evaluation practice in health promotion and disease prevention organisations around Australia. I hope that the findings will be useful to policy makers and practitioners seeking to improve evaluation capacity in prevention organisations, so I'm keen to hear about your experiences of evaluation capacity building in a range of sectors!
Prior to embarking on the PhD, I worked in the Northern Territory in clinical physiotherapy and population health roles.
