I am a Director with ARTD Consultants with expertise in:
- program and policy evaluation
- workshop and community facilitation
- business analytics and data visualisation
- market and social research
- financial and operational modelling
- non-profit, government and business strategy

I am also a board member for a number of Australian not-for-profits and an advisor on multiple committees on diversity, equity and inclusion in the research and evaluation community. I am Autistic, and am an advocate for supporting neurodiversity in the workplace and the wider community.

I like to combine data and storytelling to drive strategic decision making, generate insights into behaviour, and enhance performance. To do this I work with clients and the evaluation community to develop and design new ways of communicating findings, whether that be rubrics, dashboards, video storytelling, or interactive tools that put information in the hands of the people that can use it.
