As a not-for-profit that has dedicated significant resources and commitment to embedding monitoring and evaluation within our work, we believe we have a unique contribution to the conference.

We will be focusing on the 'Realities of monitoring and evaluation in a not-for-profit' where we will highlight the successes, challenges and lessons learned since beginning our m&e journey.

We have two primary foci for our presentation:
  1. The impact of monitoring and evaluation on our everyday work and how staff have experienced the change;
  2. The challenges in building capacity within the organisation for ownership of the monitoring and evaluation framework
