Alicia is Head of Research and Evaluation at Beyond Blue. She has 15 years’ experience working in the health and community sectors in a range of evaluation, research and clinical roles. Alicia is a social worker by profession and her PhD at The University of Melbourne on the practice of evaluation in Australian child and family organisations is under examination. Her interests include evaluation capacity building, knowledge translation, and evidence-based practice in the helping professions.
